At Morgan Adams, Inc. each client is assigned an account executive to monitor the client's investment portfolio and to assist each client in achieving its long-term investment objectives. Our role is to help determine the investment requirements of our clients and to implement a diversified investment strategy through the use of outside investment firms or investment vehicles. Morgan Adams, Inc. sets the appropriate benchmarks by which to measure their performance and monitors the performance against these benchmarks. We gather and evaluate data on each investment and prepare comprehensive quarterly and annual reports to provide our clients with a realistic trend, snap-shot and forecast of their financial condition.
With respect to their real estate investments, the client of Morgan Adams, Inc. have generally invested in industrial real estate holdings through limited liability companies operated and managed by Marcus Adams Properties, LLC , as well as multi-family real estate with Nevins Adams Lewbel Schell (NALS), a separate company co-founded by our chairman, David V. Adams. NALS acquires and manages large apartment complexes throughout the Western United States.
